I have named this bowl the Apolla Moon. First, I made it out of white stoneware clay on a potter's wheel. Later, I finished the outer edge of the bowl by hand with a simple tool. Finally, I glazed it with a dark green matte glaze, which gave it this interesting texture. Although covered in glaze, the carved outer edges came to the fore and made this bowl special.

Care

I craft all my work from high-quality stoneware clay and food-safe glazes without lead. All of my work is dishwasher safe, though I recommend hand washing. You can also put it in the oven or microwave, but as with all handmade pieces, the better you care for them, the longer they stay with you.
