This bowl is made of black clay, which I love for its simplicity and strength, and it's glazed with a glossy green glaze. The exterior is left unglazed so you can see the beautiful texture of the clay itself. This piece was made on a potter's wheel, then given its shape by pressing in several places on the edges to give it this specific curve.

Care

I craft all my work from high-quality stoneware clay and food-safe glazes without lead. All of my work is dishwasher safe, though I recommend hand washing. You can also put it in the oven or microwave, but as with all handmade pieces, the better you care for them, the longer they stay with you.
