I crafted this unique plate using white stoneware clay on the potter's wheel. The design features slightly raised flat edges, adding to its distinct look. The outer edges are carved with rough strokes, while the interior remains smooth. To create an appealing transition, I chipped the very edges in certain areas, enhancing the plate's intrigue. The exterior showcases a glossy gray glaze, while the interior is adorned with a complementary glaze containing gray tones, ensuring a cohesive appearance.

Care

I craft all my work from high-quality stoneware clay and food-safe glazes without lead. All of my work is dishwasher safe, though I recommend hand washing. You can also put it in the oven or microwave, but as with all handmade pieces, the better you care for them, the longer they stay with you.
