I shaped this coupe-deep plate from white stoneware clay on the potter's wheel. The plate features raised and slightly curved edges that lead to a flat bottom. To add intrigue, I hand-carved the edges with a simple tool. For the finishing touch, I coated the entire plate with a matte stone beige glaze, which provides excellent durability and resistance. This piece showcases both function and charm, perfect for any table setting.

Care

I craft all my work from high-quality stoneware clay and food-safe glazes without lead. All of my work is dishwasher safe, though I recommend hand washing. You can also put it in the oven or microwave, but as with all handmade pieces, the better you care for them, the longer they stay with you.
