I crafted this coupe plate set from dark stoneware clay on the potter's wheel. The set includes two plates featuring raised and slightly beveled edges that lead to a flat bottom. I chose to glaze the inside of the plates with a matte ocher finish, adding a touch of sophistication. The unglazed exteriors highlight the natural appeal of dark clay. These carefully designed plates make a unique and stylish addition to any table setting.

Care

I craft all my work from high-quality stoneware clay and food-safe glazes without lead. All of my work is dishwasher safe, though I recommend hand washing. You can also put it in the oven or microwave, but as with all handmade pieces, the better you care for them, the longer they stay with you.
